A Waste of Hard-earned Money

Beautiful to look at until the cork base comes loose from the glass cup....after only a few careful washes by hand (I did this myself). For some of my cups I pushed the cork base back onto the glass but then some clients picked up the cup by the glass end and the cork base would fall on the floor, causing them to react and drop the cup. Disaster, do not buy. As an aside, it was very disappointing that the the company did not really show much interest in my feedback and addressing this issue when I contacted them directly, outside this public review forum.

The cork is fixed to the glass and not supposed to be taken off, since it will get deformed. It is also not really needed. You can perfectly clean it with the cork on it. Nevertheless,
I am very surprise about the rest of this review. On the 20 and 21 st of February, I contacted you to resolve the issue and unfortunately never got an answer back from you. I happy assist you again, do contact us at sales@vivascandinavia.com
