Really poor

Ordered four boxes of teabags. A couple of days later received an email requesting a review/questions about my purchase experience. It’s almost been a week and my tea has not even shipped yet. I tried reaching customer service twice via email and once via telephone but no response whatsoever. I reversed the charge through my credit card company. Lesson learned.

No customer service

Ordered tea cozy which is nice but added many pricey teas to try to get free shipping and tea showed up with expired dates. Pictures and email sent and no response… but they did ask for this review.
